Forwarding emails to your primary email account helps you keep up with all your email messages, enabling you to streamline your email communications.
It comes with other benefits like aggregating all your emails in one place, reading and responding to emails on the fly, getting more jobs done, and controlling access to important messages.
This article guides you on setting up email forwarding on the SPanel — ScalaHosting all-in-one control panel.
So, let’s get started.
Setting Up Email Forwarding on SPanel
Setting up email forwarding could eliminate the need to log in and out of email applications to read your messages. Follow the outlined steps below to get it done on ScalaHosting.
Step 1: Log into SPanel’s User Interface.
The default login URL is yourdomain.com/spanel (don’t forget to substitute yourdomain.com with your actual domain).
Step 2: Open the Forwarders tool.
SPanel’s tool for managing forwarders is available under the Emails section on the homepage.
Step 3: Set Up Email Forwarding
Enter the email address you are forwarding from without the @ in the Forward from text box, and select your domain from the drop-down.
Type the full email address you are forwarding to, perhaps, your primary email address, in the subsequent text box.
Click the Add Forwarder button to complete the setup.
Send a test email to confirm the email forwarding is working correctly.
